Pricing is based on the size of the property. There's no limit to the number of photographs I'll provide (within reason) and I'll shoot as many angles as I need to show the property's best features.
Each shoot includes:
  • A large, high resolution set of interior & exterior images (suitable for printing flyers, etc.)
  • A smaller, low resolution set of images (suitable for internet use, eg. uploading to MLS)
Twilight shoot:
A stylish slide show with full-screen ability, set to music. It can also contain your portrait photograph, office name and logo, contact details, map with street view, local school info, flyer layout, etc. With a branded link you can add to your website and public home search websites (eg. Realtor.com) and an unbranded version (required by Sandicor MLS). The tour is also compatible with iPhone and iPad.

Tour viewing statistics are automatically e-mailed to you each week. This is an extremely useful tool, showing you how many times your tour has been viewed (new vs. returning) from week to week and where the viewers have found the tour. A huge help in knowing where to spend your marketing budget!

The most attractive light is 15 minutes either side of sunset. This shoot is intended as an add-on to a regular daylight shoot (although it can be purchased separately) and usually comes with 6 - 12 images, depending on the size of the home.

Separate shoot
Want to combine a daylight and twilight shoot for one visit? This involves arriving at the home 2 - 3 hours before sunset in order to fully photograph the home before twilight and staying till dark.

Detail shots:
Detail shots are a great way to show off fine detail in architectural features of a home. Since these are not neccesary for every home, they are not taken on each shoot unless requested. If you would like detail shots then please ASK at the time of the shoot and they will be provided at no extra cost. Below are some examples (click to enlarge).
Panoramic shots:

Panoramas consist of several images stitched together. Because they take longer to produce than regular images, there is an extra charge for these.
